Material is disintegrating all over the garment but see most seriously in the tassels in the bottom and on the back area. Many tears, wrinkles . Cream silk lining is rotting. 2 buttons missing, 1 is in binder entry . Weight/quality of gold braid embroidery is ripping off dress.
