November 2012 - tears in blue-green chiffon insets have all been backed with white conservation net; worn edges at neckline also reinforced with conservation net. Loose beads were reinforced. Treatment by Ruby Pierce, Emma Foley, and Arden Kirkland.
Feb 2012- Blue-green chiffon insets badly ripped, both front and back. Stains on skirt . Some beads unstrung. Some discoloration and staining, especially on the back.
